¡Hola de Viña del Mar, Chile!
Reign in Rubia is now represented in Chile (and soon to be in Argentina and Uruguy as well) I made it here alive and well (and hungover from the combination of meds and wine- bad idea), but I can’t wait to be back in Nueva York.
HOWEVER, you should be happy to know that within the first day of being in Chile and walking the streets of Santiago with a couple of friends, I saw un muchacho wearing a Slayer hat within the first ten minutes of exploration. AWESOME. Of the three countries I’m visiting, I believe Chile has the best metal. I have seen it represented as much here in Viña del Mar as it was in Santiago, but nonetheless I have seen a handful of Chilean metalheads and it has made me muy muy feliz.
In short: I’m still alive. ¡Viva la METAL!
