THE ROCKY ROAD TO DOOM ARE MY NEW (OLD) FAVORITE BAND
A few weeks ago, my good buddy Stabitha linked me to this post over on Everything is Terrible!, and I’m a fool for just getting to it now because this is madness! HEAVY METAL MADNESS! So they say, anyway…
Apparently this is an old clip from the Disney Channel show Kids Inc. The little girl on the far right with the greenish/yellow skirt is none other than Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson, better known for her work with the Black Eyed Peas. (Well, she had to start somewhere…) I can’t help but picture how this writers’ meeting went. Someone with the inability to identify genres must have really rushed to put this together.
Anyway, I guess you could call this metal….if metal looked and sounded more like the Village People or something. Maybe you could consider this another form of tween metal! Either way, this is totally stuck in my head now. So for that…Bravo!
