BLOOD FOR BREAKFAST??

Here’s a little something for your Sunday brunch….
So, it looks like Sweden might have one very brutal edge over their Scandinavian rivals: THEY EAT BLOOD. Pig’s blood, to be exact. Vice Magazine has posted Swedish recipes for Blood Pudding, Blood Pancakes, and ‘Black Soup,’ all of which include that deliciously thick red ingredient.
Considering the fact that I already eat every other part of the pig….I guess it’s not SO gross, but I just can’t seem to get past the aesthetics of it. I don’t really like my pancakes ‘rare.’ I’ll stick with blueberry.
