NEED A LAST MINUTE COSTUME? GO METAL OR GO HOME

Halloween is here! Seeing that my favorite day of the year is also my birthday, I’ve usually done fairly well with having a good, creative costume. But… this year not so much. With being so busy with work and well, life, dressing up for Halloween hasn’t been the top of my priority list. But that doesn’t mean I haven’t come up with a couple of good ideas. And since I’m not gonna cash in on those idears myself, I might as well pass em on to those of you that don’t have a clue what to be tonight either…

Of all the ideas I had, the only I wanted to do most was Doda and Nergal. I was Avril Lavigne a couple years ago for Halloween, so I have so experience as dressing up as a rock pop singer. But seeing as I had to beg and plead for The Beardo to wear the Skeletonwitch shirt I got him for today, I wasn’t gonna push the dressing up thing. There’s always next year…

I will always love you Ozzy, but you could really go either way here: present day Ozzy and Sharon or 80’s Ozzy and Lita Ford. Lita Ford is also a costume I’ve considered from time to time, but alas… I don’t really have THAT much leather.

ANY of Dio’s songs brought to live, literally. What would be your interpretation of “Holy Diver” or “Rainbow in the Dark”? Think about it people, it’s both tribute AND comedy gold. Am I right?

No matter what you’re dressing up as this year, whether it be slutty cop, slutty bus driver, or slutty waste management dude, I hope you have a great Halloween, and don’t forget to take a shot for me!
