A CLASS THAT WILL BOO AT YOU IF YOU FAIL

This tip comes to me from my cousin, the most brutal Biggie fan I know. As I am a recent college grad, I can tell you that I had to take some pretty awful classes in my four year run (ECONOMICS. WHY?), but I also had my fair share of good ones. But if I could’ve taken a class on Guitar Hero, I would’ve shredded your asses and gotten an A+++! Sound ridiculous? Well, it’s not.

This fall, NYU is offering a course entitled “Guitar Heroes (and Heroines): Music, Video Games and the Nature of Human Cognition.” I wonder if there is a lab component involved? Can you use star power to score extra credit? Is the final exam playing “Freebird” on Expert? Well, IT SHOULD BE. This almost makes me want to NYU to get my masters… well, almost.
