I don’t think I need to tell any of you how not metal the Dave Matthews Band are, but I found this video pretty funny, so I had to post it.  [via BuzzFeed.]

I was a big on rock/alternative radio in pre/early teens, so I must admit that I dabbled in a bit of this “DMB” mumbo jumbo for a little while back then.  Eventually things get weeded out.  I’ve since recovered, not to worry.  But I’m pretty sure we all have “musical regrets.”  What are yours? (Coal Chamber fans…I’m talking to you!)

Another thing in this video that’s funny is recognizing who a band’s fan base is.  DMB, of course, have all the bro-ish stoner douchebags.  Those who went to that Down/Melvins show last week probably saw a lot of dirty stoner douchebags.  Can a fan base really kill your like for a band?  I’d say it’s a definite maybe.
