A BETTER WAY TO REMEMBER KURT COBAIN
Well, it looks like people will never quit cashing in on Kurt Cobain’s life, but this new coffee table book, Grunge, is definitely a step up from Courtney Love selling his old clothes or putting an absolutely horrifying image of him in Guitar Hero.
The book features some old school pix by photographer Michael Lavine, as well as a narrative of the Seattle grunge era, as told by Sonic Youth’s Thurston Moore. You can look at more pictures on Michael Lavine’s website. They’ll make you want a shower.
