…SOMETHING BORROWED, SOMETHING BLACK AND BLUE

Ouchies. I guess some Brits aren’t big on the goth scene and have nothing better to do than beat up brides.

Metal Hammer is reporting that Lucy Emmingham, who was married this past Halloween was beaten up outside of her reception by three men who didn’t like her appearance. The men started insulting her “alternative” appearance, and after her husband tried to step in and stop it, they pushed her down the stairs where she was left unconcious. She awoke with a ton of bruises and a massive black eye.

Now, I’m not a fan of this bride’s look either, but come on. This poor girl went from having a fabulous day (albeit kinda strange) to waking up in a nightmare before Christmas. I hope they can still enjoy their honeymoon in Turkey (insert joke here).
