I bet you’re all going to think I rigged this since you all know this dude lets me write kewl stuff for him all the time….but yes, the winner of Panty Raid of the Year is none other that SERGEANT D!!!!!, who claimed just over 20% of the votes. I guess he’s not as “hated” as we all thought.
