On any given holiday or occasion, it always seems appropriate to do a themed post suited for that particular day.  And since February is Black History month, one might think I’d jump at the chance to put together a good list of all the best blacks in the metal biz….but, I didn’t really feel like it.  AskMen.com to the rescuuuue!   The site posted their Top 10 Black Rockers recently, and there are a bunch of familiar faces.

Here’s who made the list:

-Definitely the best looking on the list, at least.

-Umm, let’s face it.  Justin Bieber is more black than Slash is.

-There’s a song by Electric Six called “Lenny Kravitz.”  The lyrics are:  “And I have never understood why anybody likes Lenny Kravitz.”  Yeah, pretty much.

Well…that was anticlimactic.  I’m sure the dudes from Guido Forbid would have expected to see themselves on there, but oh snap…shut out.  Most of these people are kinda “old news,” though, don’t you think?  Who are some of the “newbiez” on the scene?  I like Tosin Abasi from Animals as Leaders.  Anyone else?
