Steve “Buckshot” Seabury seems like a pretty cool dude. On November 10th of this year his cook book “Mosh Potatoes” (Cute! I love puns! I love potatoes!) will be available to purchase in your local book store. What makes it so special? It’s all recipes submitted by members of metal bands! Via BW&BK:

Seabury states, “I probably received almost 300 recipes. Simon & Schuster said they wanted me to narrow it down to 150 recipes. I have guys like ZAKK WYLDE, LITA FORD, Rex from PANTERA, Mark from LAMB OF GOD, the guys in TYPE O NEGATIVE, GUNS N’ ROSES, ANTHRAX, MEGADETH, OVERKILL, TESTAMENT, QUEENSRŸCHE, BISON BC, STEEL PANTHER, MUDVAYNE, LIFE OF AGONY, DREAM THEATER and the list just keeps going and going and going. It’s a bad ass book with kick ass recipes and the great stories behind their recipes.” 

Did you see that Mark from Lamb of God so nicely mixed in to that group. I’m sold on just that alone! Now maybe I’ll finally learn how to cook something besides eggs and Lean Cuisines…
