Oh, hello there.

I am now inexplicably receiving random music press releases in my PERSONAL email account.  The management for the comedy/metal band Psychostick emailed me this morning to announce their upcoming album.

They’re kinda like Shat.  They have songs about beer, Jagermeister and the ABC’s.  A few months ago, they had an album fundraiser in which fans could submit their names to be mentioned in a particular song for $50.  Business names were $250.  And they’ll all be thanked in the liner notes.  Good shtick.  Their album, Sandwich, will be out in May.

Hey Psychostick, thanks for seeking me out.  If you dudes are ever in the NY area, I’ll surely be in attendance.  Perhaps we can have a beer or two….or twelve.
