So while every other metalhead in the Northeast and beyond was in New England this weekend, I ventured up North to my parents’ house. I baked, got my hurr did, and even did a little Spring cleaning. I ROCK SO HARD, YOU GUYS.
In the process of cleaning some stuff in my room, I came across two things:
1. A Metalocalypse press kit that I acquired at an old internship a couple years ago. The kit included a show overview, an interview with the members of Dethklok, and a ‘Concert Pain Waiver.’
2. A copy of In Flames’ Soundtrack to Your Escape. A friend of my Mom’s gave it to me a few years ago because they knew I liked metal. I was never particularly fond of this album (hence it being buried under a bunch of my old crap), but I remember appreciating the thought at the time.
Anywho, please enjoy my video of Napalm Death doing “When All is Said and Done” at last week’s Gramercy Theatre show. Barney Greenway performs like a bumbling British caveman. I mean that in the best possible way.
